This Mindful Grieving 6 Week Program is a powerful introduction to the essential components of our somatic-based approach to grief and loss. Participants will have an opportunity to look within to access their resiliency and inner wisdom. Everyone is invited to join, regardless of where you are in your grief journey.

Each week, we will meet using the following tools to support you in your self-inquiry: guided meditation, journaling, group sharing, yoga/movement, relaxation, and integration.
